At JumpRopeSupplier, we are committed to providing high-quality jump ropes and accessories to customers worldwide. Your satisfaction is very important to us, and we want you to feel confident in your purchase. Please review our warranty, returns, and refund guidelines below.


Warranty Coverage

  • 1-Year Limited Warranty
    All our products come with a one-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. If your jump rope fails due to a manufacturing defect within this period, we will repair, replace, or refund your order at no additional cost.
  • What’s Covered
    Manufacturing defects such as faulty handles, defective bearings, or cable malfunctions not caused by misuse.
  • What’s Not Covered
    Normal wear and tear, especially when used on rough outdoor surfaces. For example, exposed wire cables or PVC ropes will naturally wear down faster on concrete or asphalt. Custom-made or clearance items are not covered under this warranty.

Returns & Refunds

  • Eligibility
    If you wish to return a product for reasons other than defects, you may do so within 90 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a condition suitable for resale.
  • Return Process
    1. Contact our support team at info@pleval.com with your order number, name, and shipping details.
    2. We will provide you with return instructions and the appropriate return address.
    3. Ensure that all order information is included in the return package.
  • Processing Time
    Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds may take up to 7 business days to appear, depending on your payment provider.
  • Return Costs
    Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective or incorrect. In some cases, a 5% restocking fee may apply. The returned parcel remains the customer’s responsibility until received and confirmed by us.

Important Notes

  • Items returned without order details may cause delays in processing.
  • If a product does not meet our return conditions, we may send it back to you in the same state.
  • Sale, clearance, and custom orders are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
  • International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes, which are the buyer’s responsibility.
